The target goal lines they gave you are the average number of lines you work in a day, it doesn't matter if you work 2 days or 7 days. It really isn't rocket science. I don't find that it is rewarding low producers and punishing high producers. I am a high producer but if I work an hour or 2 extra a day, I am producing just as much above my average as a low producer would. I don't feel punished at all. In fact, I am loving it! I have a wedding to pay for. I can use all the extra cash I can get my hands on.
