I briefly worked for Phoenix Medcom and quit about 2 years ago. QA was the same back then and it was the reason why I left. I have 20 years of experience as an MT and nothing I ever did was good enough for them. S was the most wish-washy, inconsistent QA person I had ever deal with. It seemed like many of her "corrections" were more a matter of personal preference rather than what the client actually wanted. I also felt that she sometimes made up the rules as she pleased. I was glad to get away from there. It had gotten so bad that I actually dreaded opening my email each day since I knew there would likely be more nasty emails from her. That company is run by a bunch of women with chronic PMS.
