I worked at Phoenix MedCom in the spring/summer of 2015 and it was a complete nightmare. Rude, rude, RUDE people! I've worked for some pretty awful companies through the years, but I can easily say that they were, hands down, the rudest people I have ever dealt with at a job. Talk about OCD when it comes to QA. They wanted everything PERFECT and would flip out over something as minor as a comma. I fully understand that QA has a job to do, but there is a huge difference between providing constructive feedback and outright harassment and abuse. Needless to say, I did not stay. I hung in there for 3-4 months and then quit after an incredibly patronizing email from QA. Never again.
