After the way they have been treating their MTs lately, I would advise that everyone run as far away from this company as you can! QA is downright abusive. Even if you have many, many years of experience as an MT, they will never fail to find something wrong with your work and will endlessly harass you with rude, condescending emails and will insult your skills as an MT. It's what they thrive on. It's nothing but a power trip. They are awful!
