I totally agree that some of the best companies are the ones that require little to no testing. In fact, I just started a new IC position with a company who had absolutely no testing whatsoever. I simply emailed them my resume and I got hired! They are a small, family owned, very old school MTSO and it is honestly the best job I've had in a while. Even the software that they use is incredibly old. It reminds me of the good old days and I hope to be here for many, many years!
