For one company, I did two written tests and then transcribed a report -- they said I did well but wanted me to do another report. I am a long-time MT, with continuous record of varied work, and I told them no thanks, my record speaks for itself. Fed up with the nonsense of this industry. Check my references. If I don't pass the mustard, fire me, but when I think I'm done and waiting on a result, don't give me that "one more" thing.
