If someone asks for the names of some good companies, others might just ignore the post and give no answer rather than the snotty, snide, rude answers posted here or if they just have to answer, simply state that your company does not allow their employees to give out their name.
Someone might have been sending out resumes for MT and non-MT positions for a really long time with no reply and are just desperate for someone to toss a little tidbit of info that might help them finally get a job.
Maybe, just maybe, they are at the end of their rope and the hateful, snotty things that are posted here will drive them to do something that cannot be undone. Did anyone ever stop to think of that?
Also, did you ever stop to think that someone may just send "your" company, along with every single MTSO company out there, a resume in the hopes of snagging a job? Yes, a few coming in off and on is much better than hundreds when you're not hiring, but it could still happen.
What's the big deal anyway? This is an anonymous board where we all use nicknames, initials, or some other form of anonymous name, so it's not like someone could tell "your" company that YOU referred them to said company.
I hope the selfishness and rudeness comes back to all of you snotty, hateful people. May you one day be in a position of needing information and you are given the same replies that you are giving out. You never know what someone else's circumstances are and your attitudes can be what sends them over the edge.
