straight typing and relatively easy, so people rarely leave, and if she does need someone, she goes through the resumes at MT Stars or the other site. She does not place an ad and has requested that the name of her company not be given out so she is not flooded with resumes. I feel very fortunate to have the position that I do, and while I hate what this business has become with VR and the crappy pay, and I would love to help others find a great position, I am certainly not going to disrespect the person I contract with and post the name of the company on this board (or anywhere else). My best advice is to post your resume and hope one of the smaller companies find you. There are still a few good ones out there.
