to call to their attention that anytime they or one of their family members sees a doctor or goes to a hospital there is an increasing chance the medical report will be transcribed and/or coded in India, where HIPAA laws do not apply. As for #2 point out that the "suits" always manage to get huge fat raises and bonuses while the workers get nothing but pay decreases year after year.
