I've been with KS a long time, and they have had their ups and downs but still better than others I've worked for. They've been partners with Winscribe as long as I can remember; the account I am on uses the Winscribe dictation software.
Yes, they still own ChartNet. The lawsuit you mentioned was two-sided. They both went after each other. I'm not sure what it was about, but I know that it was settled for both of them.
So sick of the Keystrokes bashing here. Most of us won't post here because of it, but believe me, there are a lot of happy KS'ers, more than unhappy. I talk to a lot of them, have made friends with many and love my job.
