You will have to accept what they do or offer in order to keep a job or get a job. Many of us who were or are with KS going back years were bullied and threatened with our jobs, some fired and rehired over and over again. As far as the law goes KS has been able to fly under the radar and get away with things. Every expense will fall onto the backs of the MTs believe me. All I can say is fight for what is yours.
