I can tell you that having worked there as a coordinator many, many years ago - payroll delays are usually due to the fact that they owe the IRS so much money that they have to pay them first. Then they pay themselves, of course. Then they pay you. Considering they now lost a major lawsuit to the original owners of ChartNet, I'm guessing your delayed paychecks are, in part, due to owing another crap-ton of money they don't have to yet another creditor. Stop the insanity! Don't make yourself nuts working for them. You are better off working at Aldi or McDonalds. At least your paychecks will arrive on time, and clear the bank, too!
