Management? - MTlady Posted: Sep 9th, 2016 - 11:47 pm In Reply to: Oh, my gosh! What company are you talking - SynMT
There seems to be a common theme with these complaints. It would appear that if you complain, you are an MT, but if you support the company, you are management. If Synernet is truly as bad as you and all the (apparent) non-management people out there, why keep working there? I've read the other posts about finding other work, but seriously, if it sucks that much why don't you get another job?
I would wager that the people who can find another job and are truly dissatisfied with Synernet leave and work elsewhere. Everyone else who keeps complaining but sticks around are simply not good enough to work somewhere else or they've discovered that Synernet is not all that bad in comparison. So are you not that good or do you just like to complain?
What do you gain by hating the company that employs you? I mean, apart from a lot of stress and getting worked up over nothing? I suspect if you worked for Nuance or MedScribe or anywhere else, you'd have the same complaints because that's what you do.
