She (or you) don't even work there now, but think you know what goes on now. You tell me how it's fair that RAD MTs were only trained on certain work types, but the rest of us have to type what's left over? Tell me that supervisors who can assign work just work in the pools and don't take the best work when anyone can go in and see what they are typing. Tell me how a whole shift can be nothing but ESL? VR paid like straight typing? Not that I know of. How do I get on that platform? Your answer to all of the "complaints" is just like the management in any service now days: "Just put up and shut up and do your work."
