You do not want to be late or stop typing during it. You also have to call in ahead of time if you're not working or going to be late. They used to be good to work for, but lately have been a little schizoid. Some pools are good and others not so good. If you're on night shift, you will probably have work, but they do cherry pick depending on the supervisor. Lots of ESL. They keep you pending your work until you can be taken off. They pay on time, good insurance. Not really different anymore from any other service out there. I think they need people for nights, so if that's what you were hired for, you should get work and maybe even not cherry-picked work. Don't know. Give them a try. Then you will know. Some people love them.
