Perhaps as a New York Times letter to the editor. To US Surgeon General Vice Admiral Vivek H. Murthy: This is what is happening to MTs, hospitals, MTSO stockholders, smaller MTSOs and especially PATIENTS, i.e., every man, woman and child in the US. Here is how it is going to get even worse if you don't do something serious about it immediately. This is a public declaration that You Were Warned.
