Employees only? I think it's an awesome first step, but it should involve ICs as well, and every single person who is classified as a transcriptionist in this field, whether known as MT, MTE, MLS, HDS, or stupid cow-to-the-slaughter-idiot for putting up with this for so long and doing nothing about it.
