You nailed it there. There's so much jumping around that we don't get any of the those harder ones much so the learning curve is much steeper. Multiply that by half a dozen or more and that's a lot of time and money we lose. They're losing good MTs and constantly starting over training new ones. But they don't care. And it looks like they don't care that sometimes we have to choose between speed, accuracy, and paying the mortgage. Too bad the patients don't know that.
