I have to say - about the work pools

I think it IS fair that everyone be doing ALL work types and ALL dictators. It is NOT fair for only a select few to be doing the difficult dictators and work types. Once you've moved beyond newbie status, you need to be doing everything. It takes a minute to learn any difficult dictator, but those difficult dictators should be distributed evenly. It's the only thing that is fair.
