I'm extremely disappointed in how things have changed over the last few years. This is not the job I once had. I'm also struggling to make line count, and trying to figure out how to stretch my money for the $$$ that I've lost. It takes me longer than a few minutes to learn a difficult dictator; it's more like 6 months to feel really comfortable with them.
As for the "team", I don't feel like part of a team. I feel like part of a flock of geese or maybe a field of mushrooms. You know, have you heard the old poem about mushrooms? "I am a mushroom. I must be a mushroom. For they keep me in the dark and feed me... (another word for cow manure)."
