We are doing the hard stuff, helping them out so they can do the easy stuff. One of those accounts we lost must have been their money makers so they did this. Unfortunately with the implementation of Epic all the easy work (routines) are easily being done b4 prividers and we are going to over time (no matter where you work) be stuck with harder work and all narratives. Partial dictations suck bc you don't get a whole picture and have too countlessly report search sometimes. As this rolls out we should really be paid hourly but that's never going to happen.
