What I said was that we had always gotten feedback on every job until these most recent changes and they were inundated. Recently we haven't been getting it. I don't know how it works at other places but here feedback comes in individual emails they send, it's not automated, and that can be very time consuming. Of course if we ask they will let us know, and I'm sure they'll go back to feedback on all jobs when things settle down.
