started out with the awful and stayed there. On a day when I get maybe 3 good dictators, I'm doing a happy dance, so I know there are good ones out there somewhere. I got so fed up that I started writing down job #s and dictation times and they're in sequence and going by TAT even though I could swear they don't just because they're all so bad. This company doesn't outsource but work comes from Nuance so that pretty much tells the tale.
