be talked about more here and griped about. I don't think pay deduction is the norm. The only way pay is being deducted is by sending a large quantity of work to QA. While I don't have great accounts, I have always met metrics and in the same boat, single mother, just trying to stay afloat. It's hard at times and I surely feel like giving up some days, but I really don't have that option or choice so have to make it work.
