of your total line count for that week and it only affects those actual lines that are above 5%. It shouldn't really affect your paycheck unless you're sending a lot of reports to QA. I send reports to QA and my paycheck has never been docked. Divide the line count for your reports sent to QA by the number of lines for the week and you should see your percentage of reports sent to QA. If it's above 5%, those lines only will be docked. That's my understanding of how it works anyway. I always said if QA can't fill in the blanks either, it shouldn't be counted against us, but no one listened. :(
