LDSMT is clearly a special snowflake - I never meet metrics

I have worked in 4 different pods. I actually did meet metrics in my first pod because the accounts were pretty sweet and my TSM was sweeter.

However, I have not met metrics even one time since. Horrible, horrible dictators with ridiculous and weird client profiles that differ with every dictator and every work type.

Every time I get comfortable in a pod and on certain accounts, I get moved. It is INSANE.

I have been an MT for well over a decade, worked in-house for a major regional hospital, can do any work type and any accent. I am positive it's them, not me.
