I would think that a LOT of "displaced employees" from a select few companies who are sending work overseas, who file for this, would ultimately be a RED FLAG for some agency somewhere who monitors this sort of thing. Perhaps in a tiny way, if this agency starts inquiring into individual cases, by asking questions of the company, the companies themselves may at least slow down this practice? ..as in...be careful, someone is watching....
