As my hospital let all MTs go so Nuance could take over, I was forced to make a change as I could not put up with Nuances business practices so felt like I had to do something different so I used some of my connections with the hospital that I had worked for and was able to land a prn position for hospital registrar which has recently turned into a full-time position so I would say yes start with prn positions. I was fortunate in that my manager kept me really busy 32 to 35 hours a week and I volunteered all the time but it paid off in a full-time position. Just hang there and positive things will happen.
