Synernet Help - Bella Posted: Dec 7th, 2015 - 9:15 am
Anyone working for Synernet, serious question and looking for opinions. I'm seeing many errors in other MTs work, not typos so much as inaccurate words. In no way do I feel I don't make mistakes, but I am embarrassed when I realize I've typed something wrong, maybe for years, and wished someone, anyone, had given me a heads up. Do I just shut up? Do I bring it up to QA, maybe just with examples and no names mentioned? Or am I just opening up myself for even more severe nitpicking of my own work? And being labeled a tattle tale... I cringe when I see some of this stuff, or when the dictator stresses the correct use of a word when she is obviously reading the report containing the error. Just one example -- intra/inter errors: Patient had no intercranial bleed, the intraatrial septum, intercardiac shunt, even interuterine pregnancy. Gah! Poor quality reflects poorly on the whole company and puts everyone's job security in jeopardy if an account goes elsewhere. Ideas anyone? Thanks!
