Why are you reading other people's work? Where I work, reading records that are not directly related to the performance of one's job is a HIPAA violation. You could be labeled a tattle tale or trouble maker or set yourself up for disciplinary action, that's QAs job and its at the discretion of the client to handle it. Let it go and move on, do your work and don't worry about other people's mistakes.
