Not just Synernet, but ALL of the companies who expect people to stay chained to the desk for the full 8 hours of their shift and churn out reports as fast as they can, what do you expect? Mistakes are going to happen especially making the low pay rates. When wages when down, so do quality. Also at Synernet, you don't dare send things to QA or you'll get barked at for sending too much to QA. I rarely EVER send anything to QA and have on several occasions gotten snotty emails back.
