I have an opinion as to how it should work, as we should all have the same end in mind and work together. However, my experience is, if I stick my neck out and point out other's errors with suggestions on how to handle it or whatever, it's exactly the same as if I were speaking to a Mama about her child's poor behavior and giving advice to her on how to discipline HER child. Do not get between a Mama and her baby...unless it's a potential fatal emergency, and in most cases with MT, it's not fatal (not to say there may be exceptions, though)...
