I used to think Nuance was a semi good company for what they were, but now I don't think they are. I don't think they value even their long time employees. I really feel there is nothing but disrespect and hand slapping thats lashed out to us on a daily basis. I also think that their QA has become extremely unfair in that they aren't considering our monthly accuracy anymore, its weekly, so if have a couple bad weeks we are given a verbal warning in fear of our job, even when at the end of the month we are making a good quality score! How many of you want to have a fire on your resume for that one!
