get off a phone call with your TSM and think to yourself, "These people really have no clue what they're doing?" Can you HONESTLY tell me that we are getting QA'd on the premise of "patient care" but yet a corrected report is not sent to the facility? THAT, my dear, is not patient care but how to steal money from your employees. Every day I am amazed by something new.
