That is garbage that they cannot resend a report to the hospital/client. You are ALL correct in that their intent is to widen the margin between what Nuance charges and gets paid by the customer and what you get paid, plain and simple. My suggestion: RUN, RUN, RUN. I have NEVER been happier since I left this company. I still laugh about the COM I had. I guess formerly managing a little diner equates you to being an educated-multitasking medical manager. It proved not to work! Happiness is found getting out of here!! This is not an employer who values their employees.
