I have been saying for quite a while that they run the reports through a computer to pick the ones likely enough to have an error, no matter how small.
I have also been saying for quite a while that they are using audits for one reason only: To deduct money from our pay.
When I questioned my TSM why the reports weren't corrected and sent back to the facility, the answer was "We can't." I do not know why "we can't," but that just lent more credence to the fact that QA or QC or whatever they call it is a means, pure and simple, for cutting our pay, and is used for that purpose and only that purpose.
It's nice to see somewhat else saying the same thing! It >>IS<< all about stealing money from employees. That's all it is.
