Maybe they disliked the way you were treated as a child and that you have anxiety. It would be kind of weird for someone to like that, wouldn't it? (Thumbs up for childhood trauma!?!)

Maybe they agree and dislike that MT is a job for misfits now, when it used to be good.

Sadly, and I hope this isn't the case, they may dislike that you aren't blaming Nuance for all your problems.

In the end, they'll click what they click for a reason known only to them. Don't take it personally.
