Didn't Work For Me - Meh

I've tried meds, therapists and all that jive. Didn't work. I'm better now. The main thing is a subtle change of consciousness. I just don't worry about things like I used to. Don't feel nervous as a result. Don't identify with being different from others like I used to. Nothing to do with medications. I don't take them currently. However, due to lack of social experience because of extreme social anxiety during my early life, I have a habit of not really interacting still, even though the anxiety has largely disappeared. So I remain largely passive in social situations still, but at least I don't suffer half as much as I used to.
