I have one account that they want "Postoperative", another account they want "postop" and a third account that wants "post-operative". Do they really expect us to believe that they ask the new clients "Do you want postop, postoperative or post-operative?" Of course not, you would bore them to death. They want an accurate report. QA: What are you achieving with this nitpicking? It is a totally unnecessary service and a waste of money. QA needs to be for grammar, sentence structure, accuracy, verbatim or = whatever is stated in the specs. I could not live with myself doing QA that takes away someones wages for a report that was DONE CORRECTLY!
