I am not blaming the doctors at all. QA? You bet! I don't see how they do that job and live with themselves, knowing that every time they nitpick (over something like postop versus postoperative), there goes someone's already-low pay even lower. Tangent or not, this is how it is, and I don't think anyone likes having their already-low pay cut for a mistake like postop versus postoperative.
