By keeping us isolated, we think we are alone in what we are suffering, believing it is our fault. The parallels between this job and an abusive relationship are staggering. Anybody think about starting a support group for MTs? I know this board helps a lot, but by certain posts we know we are being watched here, so it makes me think twice about what I post. It would be nice to be in a safe environment and actually be honest about this company. The tales we could tell. But for now, I just support my fellow MTs the best I can.
