...when people won't even share the identity of a good company when they find one (which would put its own kind of pressure on the bad companies), there's not the slightest chance in H-E-double-hockeysticks that they'd stick together for any kind of a job action such as a slowdown, strike, etc.
I hate to say it but it almost seems to be a gender thing with women that we don't play well together, we're afraid of each other, and it's made us easy pickings in the workplace for a very long time - since before the garment industry.
