does not take state taxes out of my check and told me I was the only person that worked in my state and I would have to pay the state taxes myself which I do. They are not registered in my state but they do have to follow my state's employment rules. That one I checked on and the Labor Board told me if I am performing the work in this state we go by the rules of this state.
