0.25 taken off for "liver function tests" instead of LFTs. - Tired Posted: Aug 10th, 2015 - 5:45 pm
Dictated: LFTs. Typed: Liver function tests. They'll do anything to cut our pay, won't they? What's the difference between one and the other? This is not a verbatim account. How does this affect "patient safety?" On top of that, that was only one out of TWO reports audited last week (this latest one showed up today, Monday, but it was for last week). The other report was 100%.
I believe that if we ever could get a union involved, it would be pertinent to put everyone on the same playing field. That is, a minimum of _____ (fill in the blank) reports audited per week per each MT and after that, they stop and do not keep going to try to beat someone's pay down. Or, they keep going until _____ reports and no more have been audited (or whatever number).
I don't know what a good number would be, but maybe 5 reports, no more and no less?
Just saying.
