Actually I was referring to MLS who leave lengthy explanations in the body of the report. Leaving necessary comments in the "comment box" is what you are suppose to do. As far as an MLS commenting on what they hear, I have been doing this job for 24 years now and have always been told if you want someone else to listen to a blank, don't tell them what you hear because it can influence. As for helping us by letting us know what research has already been done, or the MLS who over-comments because some QC have messed up her reports....there is no reason to worry.....Once a QC person opens a report we are responsible for it no matter what. If we miss something then it is our ding, so no matter what it won't affect you. Also, again, QA and QC are two different things.
