I am curious if anybody has had any experience with this company whether applying or working for them. I find it disturbing that the school I graduated from lists them as one of the possible employers to apply for work since they hire new grads. I applied a few days ago, and they said I didn't have the amount of experience they were looking for. I have 2 years experience doing family practice reports plus just graduated recently. I would have thought I qualified. This is so discouraging. I will just try to work as an IC for now on. It seems too hard to get a job as an employee.

I have been working for SS for going on a year now (I like my experience so far, very positive). I have been doing MT for almost 15 years now. If I can be honest, although you have 2 years experience in family practice clinic reports, typing the major 4 for acute care is a bit different and requires knowledge and experience in all specialties. Right now, there are thousands of MTs out their looking for a job and I am sure they have thousands of resumes. I think because of your lack of experience with acute care, just finishing school and the fact that there are so many MTs to pick from, it may make it harder for you in the beginning but eventually you will get past that and find the right fit for you. say they like newbies (different words) Probably poor pay but if it is experience what you want, you might look into them. Also, Celerity Solutions Group out fo Denver hires newbies. Good Luck to you.

I started there 7 weeks ago...they are very specific as to how they want their work done. They supplement up to minimum wage(when hired, you are an employee)then it's all up to you...you can make up to $14 or more from home. it's all in what effort you put into it. Give it a shot. When I sent in my resume, they technically weren't even hiring.
