We just fill out a ticket, and go about our day.

told that we have to make another request in teamwork under leave(where you do your vacation)and put a request there now too if you are not making up the time under excused no pay plus putting it in Remedy, and waiting for the TSM to contact you to tell you when you can make up your time. I guess I am just getting more and more frustrated for more and more unpaid work and time.

I just put ticket number in email for ccm and let them take care of it. What else do they do?

said Remedy may not deliver the information to the CCM that you want to use PTO for NJA. The first time I used it, I thought it did, but I didn't get my PTO and she said she didn't get the message. Said to put in a separate request with Teamwork.
But this is not for PTO - there is an actually toggle in

teamwork that says excused no pay. We have to enter the time and hours for each day in there now too if taking it without pay.

Never once had a "resolution" and I see no point in doing it.

What exactly are they resolving? Nothing. Do they send work to you when you submit a ticket? No. If you send too many do you get a phone call telling you to switch your shift? Absolutely. Do they care that there is no work during your shift? No.

By the way, the incident number is not the same as the ticket number. Found that out the hard way. The ticket number is the internal super secret number. The incident number is all we are allowed to have. Makes following up on an actual technical ticket near impossible. Remedy is a case study in stupidity and eliminating the TSM or CCM from any responsibility and putting all the work on the MT.
According to the email I receive today - they want your time sheet

showing the exact amount of scheduled hours that you are suppose to be working each week. I hope this does not screw people out of unemployment compensation because your are saying I will take time without pay. If you did not have work for me in my scheduled hours what am I suppose to do wait for the TSM to contact me to say okay Friday at 3 am you can make up some time or you can work 16 hours today to make up the time. I do not know. Quite frankly my time sheet should show the exact amount of hours I worked not the amount of hours I was suppose to work.

to monitor what your timesheet says. I emailed payroll and asked it this would be a problem with my PTO or paycheck and was told no, those on figured on the time you are punched in. I think this happens a lot but you know how they are,,, "Oh no, it's just you. I havent heard of a problem from anyone else." However, my CCM said she had to reset everybodies timesheet. I think she was beyond frustration, too.

If you choose off work without pay which I always choose as I don't have time to make up my time, you get paid by your state for your wage per hour which Mmodal determines for half your work schedule. I don't think it has anything to do with unemployment. If it did, the state would still have to pay you if you aren't meeting your minimum by state law.

I have gotten to where if I apply for a job and it refers me right over to the testing process, I don't even take the test, I just back out of the application and don't bother.  I know I lose jobs, due to this, but that process is too irritating to me.  If I apply for a job and I receive a reply stating that they are interested in me and would like for me to test, THEN I don't mind testing.  I just cannot see randomly taking a test, typing 7 or 8 reports these days ...
