Do the account managers at WMX still report to - the same person as when they were STMs? nm

they're going to get the report done by MModal's standards and BOS. I can't read 10 pages of specs for every 1-minute report. This is ridiculous. Weren't they supposed to retrofit or some nonsense to where everything was standardized a long time ago?! ...

if this will count against the 10%? If so, NOT FAIR AT ALL. They need to not be so cut and dry about that QC or there are going to be a lot of pissed MTs. Is that what they want? ...

I have had only good experiences with TT account managers. They have always answered my emails promptly and been very willing to be flexible with my scheduliing. AD has always taken the time to make personal phone calls to MTs when more info is needed or something didn't go through the system, to make sure they get paid on time. I personally know someone who works as a middle manager for Nuance, makes well over 50,000 and has had constant raises since being hired.
