"PAKS" probe & "NIM" leads - s/m - je suis MT

Spinal surgery - DLIF.
"The patient was in the supine position when the (sounds like "NIM"; it's clearly NOT "limb") leads were all placed for monitoring of lower extremity neurologic status.
"The PAKS probe (he spells it) was placed on the lateral aspect of the disk and, under fluoroscopy, was noted to be in appropriate position."
I can't find anything for either of these. Any/all help (with references, please!) appreciated.

For PAKS probe, before I read your post, I would have thought Prass probe. If you hear a "K" and he spelled it, I'm not sure of that.

Thanks also for sharing your thoughts about the Prass probe. It could be a device that the surgeon isn't so familiar with and so spelled it wrong.
