sorry dictation. They might straighten their act up and learn how to dictate properly. I've never had this before and I'm not sure how on earth to transcribe it. He dictates the pronunciation for someone's name (specifially, the letters as in the first example) and specifically states he wants it included in the report (so he knows "not to mispronounce it next time" ).
